Wagner Dental is in-network with
Regence, Aetna,Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna and Premera Plans.
We also gladly accept most major credit cards, cash and checks.

At Wagner Dental, we know that preparing financially for your dental care can be confusing and stressful.  We're here to help.  Dr Wagner will provide you with a treatment plan that will take into consideration your time and budget.

Payment & Terms

Payments for general services such as exams, x-rays and routine visits are due at the time services are provided.  A down payment will be required for all complex or extended treatment, regardless of your insurance coverage.   Balances that are not covered by insurance are due at the time of service.

Insurance Coverage

Wagner Dental is in network with Regence, AetnaDelta Dental, MetLife, Cigna and Premera.  If you have insurance coverage, a predetermination of your coverage may be sent upon your request.  Our team will gladly help you with billing your insurance or you may choose to file your own claim and be reimbursed directly.  If you need assistance or have questions about your insurance policies or claims, our staff is knowledgeable and always available to help you.

In-Network Vs. Out of Network - What does it mean?

Dr. Chris Wagner is an in-network provider for several insurance companies. However, we also accept insurance payments from nearly all of the other major insurance companies.  Many patients don't always realize that we can still see them even when we are not in-network.

The fact is, many dental insurance plans still offer "out of network" benefits.  And in many cases, those plans do not change the percentage of coverage, but some do. 

Out of network benefits are very similar to in network, with only some slight differences in what the patient pays out of pocket. The best way to determine if you have out of network benefits is to contact your insurance company.

Patients who are “out of network”, choose to see Wagner Dental because of the high level of care and quality dentistry they receive.

Regardless of your insurance coverage, Dr. Wagner determines your treatment needs by your personal goals for your dental health combined with his own treatment recommendations based on his years of clinical knowledge.
